About Vendoro
Vendoro is AI procurement software for multi-location operators, built first for nursing homes and assisted living. It was founded by Sam and Dov Schwartz.
Why we built it
Purchasing at multi-location care operators still runs on email, phone calls and spreadsheets. Orders, receipts, invoices and budgets live in different places, and nobody finds out a building is over budget until month-end.
We spent twenty years building procurement software for these operators. Vendoro is what we built next: one system from the requisition on the unit to the approved invoice in accounting, with budgets that follow census, and AI doing the slow parts.
Leadership
Sam Schwartz, Chief Executive Officer Co-founded OnCare and ran it until its sale in 2021. More than twenty years in healthcare procurement and more than thirty in enterprise software.
Dov Schwartz, Chief Technology Officer Co-founded OnCare with Sam. Thirty years in software, including more than fifteen building the procurement and financial systems healthcare operators run on.
