Order guides and par levels
Order guides in Vendoro are the approved list of items for each location, with par levels and default quantities. Staff count stock on a phone against par and the shortfall becomes a draft requisition. A separate right controls who may order items that are not on the guide.

Only people given that right. Everything ordered off the guide shows in the off-order-guide report.
Do guides include every supplier?
Yes. A guide can hold items from any supplier in the catalog, and the cart splits orders by supplier automatically.
